VRDC Asia is building an advisory board of seasoned industry professionals to volunteer their time to curate conference content at VRDC Asia. They will work to ensure that the quality of the content provided to attendees is high-level, relevant, and timely. Noah Falstein
Noah Falstein has been a professional game developer since 1980 (Sinistar, Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Neuroracer), and was one of the first ten employees at LucasArts Entertainment, The 3DO Company, and Dreamworks Interactive. In 1996 he founded The Inspiracy, one of the world's longest-running game design consultancies. He was the first elected Chairman of the IGDA and design columnist for Game Developer magazine for 6 years. Most recently Falstein was Google's Chief Game Designer for four years, and is currently consulting on VR, Neurogaming, and Interactive Storytelling.
Jenna Seiden
Viveport, HTC
Jenna has spent her career in both creative and business positions in the entertainment and technology sectors. As Head of Content Acquisition and Partnerships for Viveport, HTC VIVE's app store for virtual reality, she is responsible for building the global content strategy and portfolio for Viveport's home, mobile, enterprise and arcade platforms. She formerly was the VP of Distribution at Maker Studios, Head of Entertainment Partnerships for Microsoft Studios and an agent in the video games division at CAA. She is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management and the University of Pennsylvania.
Wu Hao
Epic Games
Wu Hao serves as General Manager of Business & Marketing of Epic Games Greater China. Possessing over 14 years' experience, he has been in charge of authorization and cooperation of Unreal Engine in the Greater China and Southeast Asia regions since the era of Unreal Engine 2. Under his leadership, unreal engine's newly-formed authorization, technical support, and marketing team will introduce the increasingly improved unreal engine to more content developers. Over 100 companies in Greater China and Southeast Asia have signed commercial licenses to date and more than 100 games have been developed through this engine technology.
Allen Foo
With 20-year extensive knowledge & experience of strategy development for emerging markets & new products entry. Before UCCVR, Allen was the GM for Unity China & grew the Unity market share in China 3D engine market to >75% as China developers exceeded US as Unity WW #1 market in 2014. Also worked closely with Shanghai Putuo government built up the well-known Unity Innovation Port (High-tech Incubation center) which has significantly boosted the local high-tech development and economy.
Simon Carless
UBM Technology
Simon is currently the EVP of UBM Technology's Game Network & Black Hat, meaning that he oversees the Game Developers Conference – plus the double Webby award-winning Gamasutra website, the Black Hat set of worldwide security events, and more.
Simon is also Chairman Emeritus of the yearly 'Sundance Festival for games', the Independent Games Festival, which holds its awards at GDC yearly. Simon also chair the committee for the Game Developers Choice Awards, and help program the Independent Games Summit. And in a former life, Simon was a game designer on PlayStation 1-era console games for companies like Eidos & Infogrames/Atari.
Nancy Li
Nancy Li, currently Senior Program Manager driving the overall international market content ecosystem for HoloLens & Windows Mixed Reality VR headsets, based at Microsoft headquarter in Seattle, USA. With a stellar career spanning Mixed Reality, Virtual Reality, Commercial Software, Web Development, Business Intelligence and IT Operations, Nancy specialize in Strategic Planning & Execution for Rapid Growth New Platforms. Nancy's background stems from a BS in Computer Science and a Technology Management MBA which has allowed her to bring technical expertise to business decision making across both software and hardware development.
Raymond Pao
HTC Vive
Mr. Raymond Pao is responsible for VR technology, strategic partnership, VR business in Asia Pacific, as well as creates the exceptional product and brand value on HTC Vive. He has abundant experience and knowledge in consumer electronics and technology. From 2006 to 2008, he worked with Google Android team and developed the world first Android Smartphone and was in charge of software development in Android platform. Mr. Pao received two Master Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University and Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California.
Takehito Soeda
After graduating from Peking University and studying at the University of California at Berkeley, Mr. Takehito Soeda first joined Sony Group in 1992, and started a career in Marketing, Branding, and PR across Sony branches in Tokyo, Shanghai, and Los Angeles. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Soeda attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and completed a MBA in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Organization. From 2006 until 2013, Mr. Soeda worked at various prestigious consulting, technology, Internet, and gaming companies. Since the end of 2013, Mr. Soeda rejoined Sony Interactive Entertainment to lead the PlayStation business in China, and is the president of Sony Interactive Entertainment Shanghai Ltd.
James Fong
Jaunt China
James Fong has been appointed as the CEO of Jaunt China, heading up Jaunt VR's operation in Greater China. He has extensive working experience and extraordinary leadership skill and in Entertainment, Sports, Technology industry. Previous working experiences were the Managing Director of Microsoft China, Senior Vice President Of Amazon China, the managing director of NBA China and CEO of Oriental Dreamworks. Earlier in his career, James Fong had been a U.S. Air Force captain. James graduated from Purdue University of Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering and the University of Pennsylvania (the Wharton School MBA).

Dr. RuoLi Dai is the co-founder of Noitom Ltd. and serving as CTO. Dr. Dai possesses rich experience in developing cutting-edge technologies, with R&D focus on motion capture technology, high precision space positioning technology, virtual reality technology, motion sensing/interactive technology and etc. Based on these studies, Dr. Dai and his team developed a series of products with independent intellectual property rights, include the world's highest selling motion capture devices Perception Neuron, the global famous B2B virtual reality solution Project Alice, gained globally high-level endorsement in special effects production, virtual reality, display demonstration industries and etc.
